Usage Information: We collect information about your activities on our Services, such as how you use them (e.g., the dates and times you log in, the features you have been using, searches, clicks and pages displayed to you, referring web page addresses) and how you interact with other users (e.g., users you connect and interact with, the times and dates you exchange, the number of messages you send and receive).
Device Information: We collect information about the devices you use to access our Services, including: IP address, device ID and type, specific device and application settings and characteristics, application crashes, advertising IDs (such as Google’s AAID and Apple’s IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going to your device settings), browser type, version and language, operating system, time zone, identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser (for example, IMEI/UDID and MAC address).If you allow us to do so, we may collect your geographic location (latitude and longitude) through various means, depending on the service and device you are using, including GPS or Wi-Fi connection. If you wish to delete your PalsChat account, you can do so at any time directly through the app. To delete your account, please follow these steps:Me > Settings > Delete Account.
Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers, in accordance with our data retention policy.
